Freight quotes, questions about customs or storage, partnership enquiries — write or call. To give you a price rather than a range we need a few details about the shipment; they are listed below.
The phone is quickest if the question is short or the cargo is already moving. Email is better where there are documents. The form is for when you would rather leave a number and be called back; it reaches the same team an email does.

The price of a shipment is built from several parts — the leg, handling, clearance, storage — and each is counted from specific figures rather than from the type of cargo in general. So to «price a delivery from China» the honest answer is a range, and that range can double by the next day. What is listed below narrows it. If you do not have all of it yet, send what you do have: we will get the rest by phone rather than sit on the request until it is complete.
If you already have a packing list, an invoice or a specification, send it by email — the address is above: a quote built from documents beats one built from a description. The form takes no attachments, and its message field holds up to 2000 characters.
The required fields are a name and a phone number. Email is optional, but with it we can send the quote in writing. Cargo details can go in the message field or be given to the manager over the phone.
What you send is used to prepare the proposal and to come back to you with an answer. We do not sell that data or rent it out; what we keep, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
